Poor Quality Control
The face was misprinted too high, making the figurine look uncanny. The product listing photo and the box do not accurately portray the quality. For the price, it is not worth the potential for poor quality control. I have returned the figurine.

Expect imperfections
I pre-ordered both these figures back in July and while they were scheduled to arrive in mid Nov and mid Dec, they arrived within 4 days of eachother with no notice until the delivered notification. The Frieren figure is perfect, but Maomao came with some imperfections. Her face (eyes and blush specifically) were printed slightly too high up. It makes her look like she has bags under her eyes, which is kinda on brand for her character. There's also a small chip in the paint on her shoe. Since those were the only blemishes and I absolutely adore them together on my desk, I won't be returning or going through the trouble of exchanging her.
