The catalogue
This site is a reference catalogue of Banpresto figures. It is published for information. It is not a shop: no order can be placed here, no payment is taken here, and no figure listed here is held in stock by us.
Banpresto is a brand of Bandai Spirits. The brand names, series names, character names and product photographs on this site belong to their respective rights holders and are used to identify the products described.
Accuracy
Prices, availability, stated heights and box contents are read from the partner store listings and can change at any moment, including between the page being built and you reading it. The listing is always the authority. Where this catalogue and a listing disagree, believe the listing.
We correct errors when we find them or when a reader points one out, but we do not warrant that every page is accurate at every moment, and nothing here should be treated as a guarantee about a product.
Purchases and liability
Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the partner store, under that store's own terms. We are not a party to it and take no responsibility for it. Delivery, condition on arrival, returns and warranty are matters for that store.
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of this catalogue. Nothing here limits rights you hold under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Using the pages
Read, link to and quote these pages freely. Do not copy the catalogue wholesale to republish it, and do not scrape it at a rate that affects other readers. Automated harvesting of the full page set is not permitted.
Changes
These rules may be revised as the catalogue changes. The version on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
