Who ships your figure
The partner store does, start to finish. When you open a listing from this floor you leave the hall entirely: the basket, the address, the payment and the parcel all belong to that store. Shipping speed, cost and the carrier are set there and shown there before you pay, which is why no delivery promise is printed on this site — we would have no way of keeping it.
Tracking a parcel
Tracking lives on the order page of the partner store you bought from. The confirmation mail links straight to it, and that page updates as the carrier scans the parcel. We cannot look up a shipment, change an address or speed one up.
Opening the box
Prize figure packaging is designed to survive a crane dropping it, so most damage is obvious the moment the outer carton is open. Check the window panel for cracks, lift the figure out of its clamshell before standing it up, and compare the base with the one in the listing photos.
Figures that ship in summer can arrive with a slight lean, particularly the tall ones. That is softened plastic rather than a broken part: stand the figure flat and cool for a day before deciding anything is wrong with it.
If something is genuinely damaged or missing, photograph it in the packaging and raise it on the order page of the partner store you bought from, the same day if you can. Claims made with the box still in evidence go through far more easily than claims made a fortnight later.
