What the desk is for
Figure questions, line questions, size questions, “is this the same sculpt as that one” questions. Corrections too — if a height looks wrong on a page or a figure is sitting on the wrong shelf, telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed. Partnership and privacy mail reaches the same desk.
What the desk cannot do
We have no access to your order. We do not take payment, we never see a shipping label, and no order number from a purchase means anything to us. Tracking, delivery problems, missing parts, damage in transit, returns and warranty claims all have to go through the order page of the partner store you bought from — they hold the record and they are the ones who can act on it.
