About this Sakamoto Days figure
Taro Sakamoto comes from Banpresto's Sakamoto Days output. It stands about 8.7 in. It arrives finished: one static pose, no joints to set, no parts to glue, just the figure and the base it locks onto.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- Standing at approximately 8.7" tall, Sakamoto Taro is seen in their iconic pose
Looking after it
Treat the paint as the fragile part. It is thin, it fades under UV faster than a scale figure's does, and it marks if you rub it. Shade plus a soft dry brush is the whole routine.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the Sakamoto Days shelf this is the 5th dearest of 12 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $21 to $51. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.
