About this One Piece figure
Monkey D. Luffy I comes from Banpresto's One Piece output, released under the Maximatic Plus line. It stands about 8.3 in. It arrives finished: one static pose, no joints to set, no parts to glue, just the figure and the base it locks onto.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- Maximatic Plus Monkey D. Luffy I!
- Standing at Approx. 8.3" (9.4" long), Luffy is seen in their iconic pose
Looking after it
Treat the paint as the fragile part. It is thin, it fades under UV faster than a scale figure's does, and it marks if you rub it. Shade plus a soft dry brush is the whole routine.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the One Piece shelf this is the 101st dearest of 176 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $11 to $91. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.

Quality Monkey D. Luffy statue
I’m a huge One Piece and this statue looks amazing. The details are incredible and spot on from the series. The color looks exactly like the original anime. The statue itself is very sturdy and seems like it will last forever if taken care of properly. It’s made really well and is the perfect give to any One Piece fans. This is a great collection item for an even better price.

It’s bigger than expected
I love this figure so much! It’s genuinely the best one I have yet as a beginner collector. It’s much bigger than I was expecting low key. But it’s so detailed and an amazing purchase for the price!!
