About this One Piece figure
The hall files Monkey D. Luffy Gear 5 under One Piece, released under the Grandista line. It stands about 8.3 in. It arrives finished: one static pose, no joints to set, no parts to glue, just the figure and the base it locks onto.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- Grandista Mokey D. Luffy Gear5!
- Standing at approximately 8.3" tall, Gear5 Luffy is seen in their iconic pose
Looking after it
Treat the paint as the fragile part. It is thin, it fades under UV faster than a scale figure's does, and it marks if you rub it. Shade plus a soft dry brush is the whole routine.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the One Piece shelf this is the 90th dearest of 176 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $11 to $91. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.

He's actually so cool and a lot bigger than expected! The gear 5 figurines are so worth buying for your collection imo. He's also quite sturdy and the quality is nice! He should be on your shelf right now - this one was so worth it ^^

Grandson Happy
Grandson super happy. Just what he wanted. Personally, I think many of these characters are over-priced, but the mfg has a young captive audience and we all buy for our children and grandchildren.
