V (Ver. B) — Banpresto figure

About this TinyTAN figure

This is V (Ver. B), out of the TinyTAN roster, released under the Q Posket line. It stands about 5.5 in. It is a display piece rather than a toy — the pose is the product, and there is nothing to articulate or swap afterwards.

What the listing specifies

Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:

• The boys of BTS are joining Banpresto’s Q Posket series, and taking the spotlight is V (ver. B)!
• The 5.5" figure captures the K-pop superstar in his TinyTAN look
• This statue is expertly crafted and meticulously sculpted to look like V from BTS and is seen wearing his outfit from the “Dynamite” music video

Looking after it

Sunlight is the enemy here. Pigments used on prize runs are not formulated for years of UV, and a figure parked on a bright windowsill shifts colour long before a shaded one does. A dry brush beats a duster: anything woven will snag a hair spike eventually.

Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall

On the TinyTAN shelf this is the 29th dearest of 34 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $13 to $37. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.
