Rimuru Super Big Plush — Banpresto figure

About this That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime figure

Rimuru Super Big Plush belongs to the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime side of the floor. It stands about 14.6 in. The body is plush fabric. It is a display piece rather than a toy — the pose is the product, and there is nothing to articulate or swap afterwards.

What the listing specifies

Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:

• Super Big Plush - Rimuru Tempest
• Standing at approximately 14.6" (width), Rimuru is a huggable plush

Looking after it

Sunlight is the enemy here. Pigments used on prize runs are not formulated for years of UV, and a figure parked on a bright windowsill shifts colour long before a shaded one does. A dry brush beats a duster: anything woven will snag a hair spike eventually.

Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall

On the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime shelf this is the 13th dearest of 48 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $12 to $65. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.
