Minerva — Banpresto figure

About this Re:Zero-Starting Life in Another World figure

Minerva is a Re:Zero-Starting Life in Another World piece, released under the Relax Time line. It stands about 4.7 in. Nothing about it is kit work: the pose was set at the factory, the paint went on there too, and the only thing left for an owner to do is seat it on the base.

What the listing specifies

Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:

• Sitting at approximately 4.7" tall, Minerva is seen in their popular pose.

Looking after it

Two things shorten a prize figure's life: a sunny shelf and a damp cloth. Keep it shaded, and when dust settles use a dry make-up brush — cloth fibres hook on sculpted hair and fingers and take them off.

Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall

On the Re:Zero-Starting Life in Another World shelf this is the 2nd dearest of 10 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $20 to $50. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.
