About this Puella Magi Madoka Magica figure
This is Walpurgisnacht: Rising - Madoka Kaname, out of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica roster. It stands about 7.5 in. Like the rest of the prize range it is a fixed pose, finished at the factory and shipped ready to stand — nothing to assemble beyond seating it on its base.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- Standing at Approx. 7.5", Madoka is seen in their iconic pose and includes a stand
Looking after it
Sunlight is the enemy here. Pigments used on prize runs are not formulated for years of UV, and a figure parked on a bright windowsill shifts colour long before a shaded one does. A dry brush beats a duster: anything woven will snag a hair spike eventually.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the More Anime Figures shelf this is the 42nd dearest of 169 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $12 to $88. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.
