About this My Hero Academia figure
This is Toru Hagakure (ver. A), out of the My Hero Academia roster, released under the Glitter & Glamours line. It stands about 5.1 in. What ships is what you see in the photographs — a single fixed pose, no articulation, no accessories to attach beyond the base it stands on.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- , the Glitter & Glamours Toru Hagakure (A) figure!
- Standing at approx. 5.1", Hagakure is seen in their iconic pose
Looking after it
Sunlight is the enemy here. Pigments used on prize runs are not formulated for years of UV, and a figure parked on a bright windowsill shifts colour long before a shaded one does. A dry brush beats a duster: anything woven will snag a hair spike eventually.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the My Hero Academia shelf this is the 45th dearest of 81 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $18 to $71. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.
