About this My Hero Academia figure
The hall files Deku vol. 6, -Plus under My Hero Academia, released under the The Amazing Heroes line. It stands about 3.1 in. It is a display piece rather than a toy — the pose is the product, and there is nothing to articulate or swap afterwards.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- The Amazing Heroes Plus vol.6 Midoriya Izuku!
- Standing at approximately 3.1" tall, Midoriya is seen in their popular vigilante pose
Looking after it
Sunlight is the enemy here. Pigments used on prize runs are not formulated for years of UV, and a figure parked on a bright windowsill shifts colour long before a shaded one does. A dry brush beats a duster: anything woven will snag a hair spike eventually.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the My Hero Academia shelf this is the 6th dearest of 81 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $18 to $71. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.

Great for Dark Hero Arc lovers
He looks completely accurate to the photos. He’s also very good quality for being a budget figurine. The only con I have found is that he will struggle to say standing sometimes. But other than that, very good.

Good figure but hard to stand up
Takes forever to get the figure to stand up, but once it’s set it looks great
