About this Dragon Ball figure
Super Saiyan Son Goku (vs Super #17) is a Dragon Ball piece, released under the Match Makers line. It stands about 3.5 in. Like the rest of the prize range it is a fixed pose, finished at the factory and shipped ready to stand — nothing to assemble beyond seating it on its base.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- Match Makers Super Saiyan Son Goku (vs Super #17)!
- Standing at approximately 3.5" tall, Super Saiyan Son Goku is seen in their iconic pose
Looking after it
Sunlight is the enemy here. Pigments used on prize runs are not formulated for years of UV, and a figure parked on a bright windowsill shifts colour long before a shaded one does. A dry brush beats a duster: anything woven will snag a hair spike eventually.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the Dragon Ball shelf this is the 90th dearest of 115 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $19 to $65. Dragon Ball is the deepest shelf in the hall, so its line badges carry more variants than anywhere else on the floor — comparing two Dragon Ball collectable figures from one line is the fastest way to learn what a format promises.

Great quality figure, my DBZ fan loved it!
I bought this as a gift for someone who loves Dragon Ball Z and it was a huge hit. The details on the figure are really sharp and the colors pop just like you’d want them to. It’s a good size for displaying and feels sturdy, not cheap. Definitely a great collectible for any DBZ fan. I’d buy from this line again.

GT = Goku Time (in a good way)
I’m so glad they started producing more of the GT era statues, and Super 17 is a must! GT is one of the better shows in the dragon ball franchise, and this statue is a high quality one to add to your collection
