Gohan (Special XIII) — Banpresto figure

About this Dragon Ball figure

This is Gohan (Special XIII), out of the Dragon Ball roster, released under the Blood of Saiyans line. It stands about 4.7 in. What ships is what you see in the photographs — a single fixed pose, no articulation, no accessories to attach beyond the base it stands on.

What the listing specifies

Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:

• Blood of Saiyans Special XIII Gohan!
• Standing at approximately 4.7" tall, Gohan is seen in his popular pose

Looking after it

Sunlight is the enemy here. Pigments used on prize runs are not formulated for years of UV, and a figure parked on a bright windowsill shifts colour long before a shaded one does. A dry brush beats a duster: anything woven will snag a hair spike eventually.

Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall

On the Dragon Ball shelf this is the 61st dearest of 115 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $19 to $65. Dragon Ball is the deepest shelf in the hall, so its line badges carry more variants than anywhere else on the floor — comparing two Dragon Ball collectable figures from one line is the fastest way to learn what a format promises.
