About this Demon Slayer figure
Akaza Plus comes from Banpresto's Demon Slayer output, released under the Vibration Stars line. It stands about 6.2 in. Like the rest of the prize range it is a fixed pose, finished at the factory and shipped ready to stand — nothing to assemble beyond seating it on its base.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- Standing at approximately 6.2", Akaza is seen in their iconic pose
Looking after it
Two things shorten a prize figure's life: a sunny shelf and a damp cloth. Keep it shaded, and when dust settles use a dry make-up brush — cloth fibres hook on sculpted hair and fingers and take them off.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the Demon Slayer shelf this is the 23rd dearest of 49 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $12 to $109. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.

Great
It’s great, I absolutely love Shinobu and the figure looks like it came straight out of the anime.

Good but came broken
If it wasn’t broken it would be pretty much perfect. It’s smaller than most figures as expected, but not tiny, and good detail. Though it did come with the right blue effect piece broken off. Had to glue it together which was easy and it’s hidden but still, cmon.
