Okarun (Transformed) — Banpresto figure

About this DanDaDan figure

This is Okarun (Transformed), out of the DanDaDan roster, released under the Grandista line. It stands about 11 in. What ships is what you see in the photographs — a single fixed pose, no articulation, no accessories to attach beyond the base it stands on.

What the listing specifies

Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:

• Grandista Okarun(transformed) from Dandadan
• Standing at approximately 11", Okarun is seen in their iconic pose

Looking after it

Two things shorten a prize figure's life: a sunny shelf and a damp cloth. Keep it shaded, and when dust settles use a dry make-up brush — cloth fibres hook on sculpted hair and fingers and take them off.

Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall

On the DanDaDan shelf this is the 11th dearest of 12 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $22 to $35. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.
