About this Crayon Shin-chan figure
This is Cosplay Shinchan vol. 7 (ver. A), out of the Crayon Shin-chan roster. It stands about 3.1 in. It is a display piece rather than a toy — the pose is the product, and there is nothing to articulate or swap afterwards.
What the listing specifies
Taken from the product listing, trimmed of the sales language:
- Cosplay Shinchan figure vol.7 (ver. A)!
- Standing at approximately 3.1" tall, Shin chan is seen in their iconic pose
Looking after it
Keep it out of direct sun. Prize-figure paint is thin by design and the warm tones go first; a shelf across the room from a window will outlast one on the sill by years. Dust with a soft brush rather than a cloth — woven fabric catches on sculpted hair tips and snaps them.
Where this Banpresto figure sits in the hall
On the Crayon Shin-chan shelf this is the 9th dearest of 29 Banpresto figures, and the shelf as a whole runs $15 to $67. For scale, the deepest shelf in the hall is Dragon Ball with 115 collectable figures on it; a Dragon Ball piece from the same line as this one is built to the same height and finish, which is the quickest way to judge a Banpresto format before committing to it.
